July Etsy Favorites

Sorry! I have been horrible about keeping up my blog this month. Between school and work, I have had no time to just relax and write. But, as promised, before August is here, below you will see my favorite ring finds from Etsy this month.

Archangel Ring, $40, Alright Darling

Movable Teeth ring, $44, Twilight Distinction

Delicate In Between Flower Ring, $60, Zula Surfing

Tidepool II ring, $338, Aubergine228

Lastly, I wanted to share an extra special find from Etsy that I have completely fallen head over heels for, already ordering 4 new rings. I highly suggest Ching Chin Jewelry! Anny, architect and jewelry designer, brings a fresh breath of life to organic shapes of fun animals and sea creatures. Her casting process is a lost art and hard to find in new artisans. Below are the recent additions to her collection.

Protect me

I had a very amusing conversation with a co-worker this week. He mentioned to me that if there ever was a situation where he was in a fight, he would want me to be in his corner. Now mind you, I am 5'6 and a whole lot of no muscle going on. So, he explained it had to do with my massive collection of large rings that could knock a mutha out. LOL.

Here are some other suggestions on some fierce weaponry.

Disco Diva ring, $18, Patricia Field

Brass Knuckle ring, $40, wingandwendy

Fallon Jewelry, Micro Spike Bar ring, $110

Tarina Tarantino, Spike ring, $55, Broken Cherry

May/June Etsy Favorites

I am a true believer in new artists and talent that has yet to be discovered. Etsy is a fun place to research about jewelry makers that have yet to go mainstream.

I often search Etsy and add rings to my collection from silversmiths from all over the world.

Starting today, I am going to highlight some of my favorite ring finds on this e-market place every month.

Snatched up!

I don't like to brag, but I was lucky enough to pick up the Double Heart ring from the awesome collaboration between Rachel Roy and Estelle. And, at 50% off, I felt even happier about my purchase.

Double Heart Two Finger Ring, Rachel Roy, $50 on sale for $25

Make sure to check out Rachel Roy's website where the entire Estelle collection is on sale.

Ideeli

A great resource to shop designer brands at non-designer prices is at Ideeli. This fashion online discounter is by invitation only, but do not fret my friends, just simply follow my link here.

This week Ideeli showcased a Noir sale. And, from my previous posts, you know how much I adore everything Noir. I ended up picking up the Pyramid Ring in Gold. At almost a 70% savings, it was a no-brainer!

Noir Pave Pyramid Ring, Originally $132, Ideeli priced at $52

Noir Pyramid Ring, Originally $80, Ideeli priced at $32

Neon Candy

I recently ordered the Rachel Leigh Pink Neon Gumball ring and it is as sweet as candy! A fun pop of color for summer and a super comfortable design; this ring is a great left or right hand ring. It comes in a ton of juicy colors (purple, blue, turquoise, green, etc). A great accessory piece to take you into fall. I am even considering ordering it in more colors!

Baby, you're a star!

Nothing makes me happier than stars (except my husband, beaches and Hello Kitty). But besides those three, stars are right at the top of my list. They are timeless shapes and have a different meaning to each person. I have been on the search for many years for the perfect star ring, without success as of yet. However, here are a few examples that are pretty cool:

Swarovski, Fizz Amethyst ring, $270

Noir, Star ring, $79

Forever 21, Star Filled ring, $4.80

Apples of Gold, Three Star ring, $199

Overstock, Sterling Lemon Fancy ring, $125
